Applicable except that the corrosion-causing materials are condensed
Cutting and Press | Plasma or raise cutting are recommended, but the basic materials which may be affected by heat should be processed with heat treatment or grinding, if they are cut by gas or arc. |
Banding | If the thick board materials are bended in rolling direction, it is desirable to have 2 times thick as the plate, 4 times wide of the plate (perpendicular to rolling direction). |
Drawing | For improvement of moldability and protection from the surface manage due to abrasion with molding during processing, it is recommended to use the extreme pressure oil of lubricant with heat resistance or pressure resistance, and cleanly remove oils that remain on the surface after processing with cleaning or grinding. |
Welding | Perfectly remove the impurities such as rust or oils on the surface using grinding or flux, and use the welding rod suitable for the materials. Welding slag, spatter and removal of oxide should be removed using stainless brush and processed with pickling and passivation processing on welding and heat-affected parts. |

Fingerprint | Use alcohol or organic solvent (ether, benzene) to wipe out with soft clothes and wash out with water |
Fat, oil, grease pollution | After wiping out with soft clothes or paper, wash it with detergent or ammonia solution |
Welding heat discoloration | Clean with nitrogen solution (10%) or hydrofluoric acid and wash out with water or neutral processing with ammonia or Sodium bicarbonate solution |
Rust due to surface pollutants | clean using oxalic acid, sulfuric acid and nitrogen solution(10%) or grinding agent |
Bleaching agent and various acids | Immediately wash out with water, soak in ammonia or Sodium bicarbonate solution and clean with detergent in warm water |
Label and protective film | Wipe out with warm water and mild detergent . Use alcohol or organic solvent for any adhesive remainings |
Red Rust | Remove rust with Sand Paper or stainless blush and then use cleaning agent |
Dust | Clean with mild detergent or warm water |
Burned organic materials | soak in hot detergent or ammonia solution before cleaning and then use the detergent containing mild grinding agent |
Rainbow pattern | Clean with warm water or detergent |
